We had a 90th birthday party here recently for family and friends of my mother in law.
We were allocated a lovely private room that was nicely set up and accessible. The food, tea and coffee and service were excellent, couldn’t be faulted.
The hotel bar was also open. Many thanks to Christy, Sophie and Adam for helping to make it such a special occasion for all who attended but especially Sheila.

From welcoming bar staff to waitress service that did everything we needed to help our family enjoy an 80th birthday party, a place to come to again. Relaxing venue to enjoy ourselves and the owner allowing a taste of the real ales before purchase. This all made for a great time. The bedroom was comfortable and the location central for a stroll into town. The only problem relates to finding a parking space on a weekend. Patience is needed!

Me and a party of 12 held a reunion here recently and were treated superbly.
The hotel is traditional with the emphasis on looking after its visitors. The bedrooms were clean, with everything you could need. The meals were excellent as was the service from reception to waitresses. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. Thank you for making our reunion memorable.
