Host your Baby Shower or Gender Reveal Party in the heart of Lichfield at The George Hotel

Baby Shower celebrations provide the perfect opportunity for mums-to-be to get together with friends and share the excitement about the imminent new arrival.

Whether you are planning a small, intimate celebration, or want to invite up to 110 guests, The George is the ideal venue to celebrate. For around 20 guests we can offer a section of our Restaurant, our private Charter Suite or if it’s sunny you can take the party outside in our Courtyard. And you are welcome to decorate your table with balloons and party games to make the occasion more personal. We can provide mocktails to celebrate the new arrival or choose from our extensive gin menu.

I hosted a baby shower for my friend who lives in Lichfield at The George in January- coming up from London for the day. Even though I forgot to confirm and they were fully booked - they couldn't do enough to to accommodate us and cater to my requirements at extremely short notice. Service was brilliant and so friendly. Excellent Afternoon Tea. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay here when I come up to see the new arrival! Particular standouts were Jacquie and Kirsty - you went out of your way and helped make a wonderful afternoon. Thank you The George
