Lichfield and the surrounding district offers a wide selection of places to visit. Wander this historic city with its 800 year old cathedral and museums, enjoy the thrills of Drayton Manor Park or choose from many attractions in between. The National Memorial Arboretum, created to pay tribute to those who served their country during the 20th century, is just a few miles away.
As part of our environmental policy we like to encourage our guests to walk, cycle or use public transport, rather than driving. All the places of interest in Lichfield are within easy walking distance and the other attractions listed are on bus and or rail routes. Please ask at reception when you check in and we will happily give you the necessary information.

Wall was an important staging post on Watling Street, the Roman military road to North Wales, and it provided overnight accommodation for travelling Roman officials and imperial messengers.
