In winter you can take your afternoon tea in the cosy lounge bar, and in the summer you can sit outside in the flower filled courtyard - whatever time of the year you visit The George you will be sure of a warm welcome from our friendly and professional staff.
Afternoon tea is available from 2 until 6pm every day and for £10 per person you will enjoy a pot of tea or coffee with assorted finger sandwiches, crisps, a scone with cream & strawberry jam, banana and raisin loaf, and fresh fruit tartlet.
