Carvery Restaurant
Ever popular with both residents and local diners, the restaurant offers a relaxing carvery meal for lunch or dinner. The menu changes every day but always features the finest local produce from specially chosen suppliers, like organic pork from Packington Farm, Scottish beef and dairy ice cream from Needwood Farm.
Dining is always friendly and informal here; choose from homemade soup or a selection from the salad bar to start, enjoy a roast with traditional trimmings or a Chef's special for main course, and then a seasonal dessert and coffee to finish. Lunch is £12.25 (£13.75 on Sundays), dinner is £14.75 and it is always advisable to pre book your table.

Our comfortable lounge bar is a great place to meet friends for a drink or a bar snack at any time of day. For a pint with a difference, the well stocked bar always features a real ale plus a speciality beer from the local Burton Bridge Brewery.
From 7am until 11.30 you can enjoy a bacon or sausage sandwich, freshly baked croissant or Danish pastry from the Morning Menu, then at lunch time there’s an extensive bar menu. Every day there’s a different homemade pie of the day served with mash and gravy; the delicious fillings include Shropshire beef and ale, pork & cider braised apple, turkey, sage & shallot, the list is almost endless! There’s also a new Bar Specials menu available between 5 and 9pm, Sunday to Thursday, which features 8 delicious dishes every day, and right now you can enjoy 2 main courses for just £10! In the afternoons, why not call in for a tea and coffee and a slice of our homemade cake - our Chef bakes a different one every day, including all your traditional favourites, like lemon drizzle, chocolate and Victoria sandwich.
